Here’s the Science

Understanding coffee beans is key to appreciating their impact on flavor. Factors such as variety, elevation, and climate where the beans grow contribute to their unique characteristics. The roasting process then uncovers the true potential of these beans, as it activates their aromatic compounds and develops complex flavors

Each batch of coffee goes through rigorous scrutiny from the moment it arrives at the facility. Experienced professionals assess the beans for size, color, and density. During the roasting process, they continually evaluate each batch for aroma, color changes, and roast evenness. This meticulous attention to detail ensures that only the finest beans make it to your cup.

Once our coffee beans have been expertly roasted to perfection, the journey isn't over. Proper storage and packaging are crucial to maintaining the rich flavor and aroma that we've worked so hard to achieve. Each batch of coffee is promptly stored in airtight containers, protecting them from oxygen, moisture, and heat - the primary enemies of fresh coffee. For packaging, we use specially designed bags that allow for the release of carbon dioxide, a natural byproduct of the roasting process, while preventing external air from entering. This not only keeps the coffee fresh but also preserves its unique flavor profile right until it reaches your doorstep.
